The New Castle United Methodist Church is not bricks and mortar. It is not a building on Delaware Street in Olde New Castle, Delaware. Our Church is the Spirit of God transformed into a loving, caring, helping, crying, laughing, praying, worshipping, playing, and an active community of people. New Castle United Methodist Churches the Spirit of God at work in the New Castle/Wilmington area.

For over 200 years, serious and faithful people have worked and given service in love to this area, calling themselves "members" of  New Castle United Methodist Church. We celebrate all who are part of this church now, and anticipate with gladness those who will come in the future.
