This organization serves the local communities and has two offices in Southbridge (Wilmington) and Middletown, Delaware. Some programs offered are health and decision-making skills (University of Delaware program), recreational programs four times a week, homework help, and a youth vegetable garden.

A United Methodist Church affiliated organization located in Wilmington, DE that provides direct service and referrals through case management to the poor of the area. One of NCUMC's members keeps this mission in front of the congregation. This local organization was founded by the United Methodist Women's Organization and operates on Christian principles. "With God's Love from within, we provide services and programs that educate, enlighten, and empower people and the community."
